The Spark
It started with a question: "Why can't Edmonton have a café that feels like home?" Two friends, a shared vision, and countless late-night conversations over espresso.
The Roastery
We partnered with local Alberta roasters, perfecting our signature blends. Hundreds of taste tests later (yes, we were very caffeinated), Elvirax was born.
Opening Day
Despite the challenges, we opened our doors. The community showed up, and suddenly, we weren't just serving coffee—we were building connections.

Join our hands-on barista workshop where you'll learn the fundamentals of coffee brewing, milk steaming, and latte art. Our expert baristas will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks we've perfected over years of practice.
