2. Services
Elvirax provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:
- Portrait photography
- Corporate photography
- Event photography
- Custom and creative photoshoots
Service details, pricing, and deliverables are agreed upon prior to each booking.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.
- Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made according to the agreed terms provided during booking.
- Elvirax reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if payment obligations are not met.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in loss of deposit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- In case of force majeure (illness, weather conditions, technical issues), Elvirax reserves the right to reschedule the session.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- All photographs remain the intellectual property of Elvirax.
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or business purposes as agreed.
- Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial advertising without written consent.
Elvirax reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Provide accurate information and instructions
- Ensure permission for photography at chosen locations
- Be responsible for behavior of guests or participants during sessions
Delays caused by the client may reduce shooting time without price adjustment.
7. Image Delivery & Editing
- Final edited images are delivered digitally via an online gallery or secure download.
- Editing style is consistent with Elvirax’s artistic vision.
- Requests for additional retouching may incur extra fees.
Raw (unedited) files are not provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elvirax shall not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Missed shots caused by client interference or venue restrictions
- Technical failures beyond reasonable preventive measures
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Elvirax reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
